Wow this is so pretty! Did you make it? x
ReplyDeleteI did, they are really easy and lots of fun. There are loads of tutorials on pinterest if you are interested in having a go.
DeleteThis is lovely! Very creative!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely decoration!
ReplyDeleteThat's such a cute Christmas book tree! #mysundayphoto
ReplyDeleteAmazing! A genius tree if you ask me =) #mysundayphoto
ReplyDeleteWhat a great decoration, what a really creative idea.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!!!
ReplyDeleteI really love this and wonder how you make it as would love to have a go at one
ReplyDeleteI had pinned a tutorial on my Christmas board https://www.pinterest.com/jsumoftheirstor/its-christmas/ but then a friend showed me how to make them. It's really easy, just a little time consuming. Great to do with a friend over a cup of tea and a chat!
DeleteThis is gorgeous Julia! I can't see which book you've used, but it would be great if it was a Christmas story! x
ReplyDeleteSadly no, just a super cheap book from the library - you know when they sell off the ripped ones for next to nothing. I found it really hard to rip the cover off a book, it seems so wrong!
DeleteI would find ripping up a book the hardest part too! But if it were a book I don't like I'd probably be ok with it. I LOVE this.
DeleteThis is stunning, I love this
ReplyDeleteThank you for linking up
a fabulous crafty Christmas tree!
ReplyDeleteWe used to do this when we were kids...out of Reader's Digest. Thanks for sharing. It brings back good memories.
ReplyDeleteIs this a very old book that you got from a vintage store? Great idea and definitely easy to store compared to the big Christmas trees - perfect for my small flat :)
ReplyDeleteNo, sorry Ang, I'm afraid it's juts a cheap old book that hardly anyone had ever taken out of the local library. I really don't think I'd be able to damage a lovely old book in this way!
DeleteWhat an absolutely gorgeous decoration. Home made? What a lovely idea & it looks very impressive. Not sure I'd have the ability to make one myself though...
ReplyDeletePopping over from #SundayPhoto
They are really easy to make, I've added a link to a tutorial now in case you fancy having a go! Really easy promise!
